Ingredients

  • 1 cup Larua’s Farm Premium Long Grain Rice
  • 20 oz Consomme soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 lb butter, 1 stick of butter
  • 6 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Melt butter

    • In a medium-sized baking dish or dutch oven, melt the butter.
  2. Add all other ingredients

    • Mix in all other ingredients
  3. Bake

    • Bake for 1 hour
  4. Serve

    • Serve warm with your favorite herb garnish
